The Peterborough Bicycle Advisory Committee was formed in summer 2010 by a diverse and representative group of community members, P-BAC aims to support and promote all forms of cycling by a variety of means.
Comprised of representatives from stakeholder organizations and individual volunteers, P-BAC’s mission is to foster a culture of cycling in Peterborough City and County through advocacy, education, and event planning.
